Couch to 5k

I don’t weigh that much. Not as much as I weighed at the end of 2009. I would guess 165. At one point I was under 9% body fat. I’d like to be there again.

God bless the internet and android phones and their exercise apps. Let’s see what happens with this. Exercise is good for mood, sleep and energy. Not to mention you look better too.
